ONLINE RETURN

We offer returns and exchanges on full-priced products (sales products excluded unless faulty) purchased online subject to the following conditions:

  1. - The good is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. - Goodies are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original conditions. Any goodies that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be acceptable.

  3. - Sales items: ALBA CROCHET does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty.

Request a return:

To request a return or exchange (excluding sale items), please contact us by email at hello@albacrochet.com.au and include the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Return reason

  • If you are exchanging an item, please include the product name, colour and size you would like to exchange for.

Refunds

  • Refunds are reversed in the original form of payment.

  • Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

  • The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee).

Exchange

  • Exchanges are subjected to availability at once your return arrives at our head office. Exchange can be made for items of the same value of money as your original purchase.

  • We do not refund the shipping fee.
